Terms of use.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the iDid macOS application and related Website. iDid is provided by Konoven OÜ, Pärnu mnt 388b, 11612 Tallinn, Estonia (“Konoven”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading or using iDid, you accept these terms. If you download iDid from the Mac App Store, Apple’s applicable store terms also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and any applicable App Store rules, Konoven grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use iDid for personal or business purposes on compatible Apple devices you control.

You must not misuse iDid, use it unlawfully, interfere with its operation, distribute or sell unauthorised copies, or attempt to bypass its security. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not override rights granted by open-source component licences.

3. Your content and local data

You retain ownership of tasks, repository information, backups, and other content you use with iDid. The App stores its working data locally and does not give Konoven custody of that data.

You are responsible for keeping appropriate backups, maintaining access to your Mac, and ensuring that you have permission to access any repository you select. iDid reads Git history for display and reporting; it is not a source-code hosting service or a substitute for repository backups.

4. App Store and third-party services

Apple operates the Mac App Store and may handle downloads, purchases, refunds, and updates under its own terms and policies. If iDid is offered as a paid download, the price shown by Apple at the time of purchase applies.

iDid includes open-source software. Those components remain subject to their respective licence notices. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Compatibility, updates, and availability

You need a compatible Mac and supported version of macOS to use iDid. Operating-system changes, local permissions, repository formats, or other factors outside our control may affect features.

We may improve, change, discontinue, or update iDid. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or that the App will operate without interruption or errors.

6. Intellectual property

Except for your content and identified third-party components, iDid, its design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Konoven OÜ. These terms do not grant permission to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand assets outside ordinary use of the App.

7. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, iDid is provided as available, without guarantees that it will meet every requirement or be free from defects. You remain responsible for reviewing generated work summaries and maintaining backups of important data.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Konoven OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, iDid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

8. Ending use

You may stop using iDid at any time and uninstall it. We may withdraw distribution or terminate a licence when these terms are materially breached, subject to applicable law. Local App data remains under your control and can be removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the App, distribution model, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. If you do not accept a material change, you should stop using iDid.

10. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or dispute rights available in your country of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
